Bridge of Faith is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered in-home care for adults living with a disability. Our approach is designed to uphold dignity, promote independence, and foster meaningful personal growth. Guided by the principle of Micah 6:8—‘to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God’—we focus on community outreach by meeting individuals where they are, with respect, empathy, and humility.
Our mission goes beyond traditional care models, creating opportunities for individuals to actively engage in their own development. We recognize that every person possesses unique talents, experiences, and intrinsic value. Through intentional relationship-building and individualized support, we aim to cultivate these gifts, empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves while experiencing a genuine sense of purpose, inclusion, and joy. To keep our supporters informed, we also offer email updates that detail our faith-based initiatives and ongoing efforts.
Our vision is to cultivate a culture of care that reflects justice, extends mercy, and walks humbly alongside those we serve, ultimately transforming lives and enriching the broader community.
To treat all individuals with dignity and respect, we focus on community outreach initiatives that help them bridge the gap between assistance and independence. Our goal is to support them in attaining a full, purpose-driven life, rooted in faith and hope. Stay connected through our email updates to learn more about our faith-based initiatives.
