Bridge of Faith is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered in-home care for adults living with a disability. Guided by the principle of Micah 6:8—‘to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God’—we focus on community outreach by meeting individuals where they are, with respect, empathy, and humility.
Our mission goes beyond traditional care models, creating opportunities for individuals to actively engage in their own development. We recognize that every person possesses unique talents, experiences, and intrinsic value. Our Services
Located in Pella, Iowa, Bridge of Faith is credentialed to provide vital services to individuals under the Intellectual Disability (ID) Waiver and the Brain Injury (BI) Waiver through the three MCOs (Wellpoint, Iowa Total Care, and Molina) in the state of Iowa. Through our community outreach efforts, we also keep our stakeholders informed with regular email updates on our faith-based initiatives.
